Reduced Orientation Registration Fees

If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of application submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation rate of $55. Information regarding the status of your UofL admissions application fee is preloaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university approved admissions application waiver you will see $55 appear in your orientation payment box. Again, this information will be preloaded for approved students. Family members of students with an application fee waiver will be required to pay the full Family Orientation program fee of $40 per family member attending.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A 100% refund of the orientation registration fee and cancellation of the orientation reservation will be initiated for students who submit an Admissions Official Decline Form by May 1 at 11:59 pm EST.  Approved refunds will be credited to the payment option used to submit the Orientation registration.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1.
