Are you passionate about UofL? Join our Cards Camp team and help us welcome the next generation of Cardinals!

What is Cards Camp?

Cards Camp is an optional 5-day, 4-night experience designed to give students a jump-start on their college journey. On- and off-campus programming will include small group activities, team building exercises, and other engaging opportunities to discuss meaningful topics surrounding transitions to college life. Camp participants will connect with peers, student mentors, faculty and staff to begin building their Cardinal community.

Freshmen will have the opportunity to move into their residence hall on Saturday, August 10th.  We will then kick-off Cards Camp with a welcome and a Family Farewell Reception before students start their Cards Camp experience on campus!  During this time students will meet their Cards Camp Counselor and their small groups and dive into the campus culture. After breakfast the following day, campers and staff will travel to North Central 4-H Camp in Carlisle, KY.  We will return to campus the evening of Wednesday, August 14th.
