Registration

6 STEP PROCESS:

1.  Use the links below to print the form corresponding to your desired method of payment.

CHECK PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

 3.  Complete the Registration Form and make your course selection(s),  e.g., Basic CPTED.

4.  Complete the Payment Information.

5.  Hit Submit at the bottom of the registration form  (Print the "pop-up" Confirmation Letter for your records.)

You will receive an initial registration confirmation E-mail.  You will also receive a payment confirmation E-mail after we have received notification of your processed payment.  Your registration process is not complete until you receive the confirmation E-mail from NCPI that indicates your course fees have been paid-in-full.

NOTE:  A $100 Administration Fee will be charged if the Cancellation of Registration is within 30 Calendar days of the start of the program.  All cancellations must be sent in writing via US Mail  or courier service or Faxed to  (502) 852-0335   The National Crime Prevention Institute reserves the right to cancel courses at any time for reasons deamed necessary by the Director of the School.

NOTE: Registering for a room at the Galt House does not register you for the training. 
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE COURSES SEPARATELY USING THE REGISTRATION FORM

 

NOTE:  After you submit the  Registration Form your "Pop-up Confirmation Letter"  will contain a link to the Galt House reservation process.  You may also use the link located at the bottom of the seminar description page or use the link located in the navigation pane at the left of the screen.

If you prefer to call the Galt House to make your reservations, remember to tell the reservationist that you are taking a course through the National Crime Prevention Institute at the University of Louisville in order to receive the benefit of the low NCPI negotiated attendee rates.

NCPI offers several payment methods. Payment by Check and by Visa/Mastercard. Payment by check: If you are paying by check, it may take 5-14 days after we receive the check to process your payment. Your second email will not arrive until after your check has cleared. Payment by credit card: We accept Visa/Mastercard. NOTE: If you have registered and paid by credit card and do not receive confirmation of completed registration within 72 hours, please give us a call at (502) 852-8577. Other payment methods: Should you wish to use another payment method, please contact us for assistance. REMEMBER TO PRINT THE INVOICE OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM (accessible via the link at the top of the Registration form.)
