The University of Louisville Dance Academy is proud to make available to the community a wide variety of educational enrichment programs designed to share the excitement and wonder of dance to all who seek to know more about its fundamental elements, its rich and glorious history, and its ability to move and engage us as only dance can.  We invite you to investigate any of the following programs and open the door to the world’s most exciting art form.
Text Box: The University of  Louisville Dance Theatre presents a special student performance of its highly acclaimed holiday ballet production.  Clara’s Dream is the familiar tale of the Nutcracker starting with Clara’s wondrous dream voyage to the Land of Sweets where she encounters Snowflakes, Angels, exotic Arabian dancers, dancers from other lands, and the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Prince.  This colorful and lively production delights audiences of all ages.

Reservations only.   These performances sell out very quickly, so reserve early.

Text Box: The U of L Dance Theatre invites your students to participate in a special instructional program designed to deepen their understanding of the core curriculum in dance.

Suitable for grades 5-11, this program engages your students in a variety of educational exercises.  The concepts they explore are then illustrated through special performances by the dancers of the U of L Dance Theatre.
