Notes: 1. *Mandatory Fees. 2. Subtract $10 from the Accompanist Fee if you will use a non-IHCA Accompanist (first round only). 3. Should you elect to use an IHCA accompanist, you will be assigned a rehearsal time once your registration is complete. Rehearsals are scheduled beginning at 9am on Thursday, August 29. Late cancellations or changes to the agreed upon rehearsal schedule will be charged a $100 penalty (cash only), SO PLEASE REVIEW YOUR REPERTOIRE SELECTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
