Percussion Camp for Middle School and High School Students

JULY 15-JULY 21, 2012, Schedule: Camp classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The entire camp concludes at noon on Saturday after morning performances. Sunday is designed for students to travel to Louisville and get settled into their dorms if they choose the “Resident” option. There are no classes on Sunday other than a group meeting Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the School of Music

Resident Plan Includes:
1) Instruction
2) Six nights of housing (Sunday-Friday nights)
3) Three meals a day. (Sunday – Dinner only, Saturday – Breakfast only)
Group Rate
A savings of $50.00 per person is available for groups of 8 or more. Payment: $50.00 deposit is required by June 15th. Full payment must be made by July 15th. Cancellations must be made by July 1 for full deposit refund.

Camp participants who choose the ‘Resident” option will be staying in University Housing. Linens are provided. You will need to provide pillows and toiletries. Each camp resident will have a camp roommate. If you would like to request a specific roommate, please let us know. For an additional fee, students may opt for a Single room. Meals
All camp participants will be dining in the West Dining Hall. All meals are “all you can eat” with a variety of stations and food options available.
Airport Shuttle
Shuttles will be provided (Sunday and Saturday only) to get you to the University of Louisville. If you are flying into the Louisville International Airport, a H.O.P.E Staff member will be at the airport to greet you and help you get to your shuttle.
