The entire Board of Directors meets six times a year and in smaller committees as needed.

The entire membership of the Friends meets once a year to conduct its business at the Annual Meeting held in April.  At this meeting financial status of the board is reported and new officers are elected. The Friends also gather throughout the year at special events and concerts as determined by the board. These gatherings are designed to give the membership of the Friends the opportunity, as a group, to be more directly involved in activities at the School of Music and demonstrate support for the students.
