Anyone wishing to make travel arrangements for hotel, car or plane should first setup themselves on the Egencia Corporate Travel system for only University of Louisville staff and faculty. You may use another "agent" and book arrangements other than on the Egencia/UofL site, but you must supply a copy of the Egencia quote to justify the other route for the Business Office to accept your travel expenses.

Before you go to the web page read this. To setup your account faster, prepare to enter two numbers. Enter your Employee ID number (from your Cardinal Card) in the box that asks for "User Name".  Second, use the appropriate department number from the table below for the "Department Number" box. Once a user profile has been sent after clicking "Click here to create this account" at the bottom of the setup screen, you must wait for your request to be reviewed. Once you are confirmed as an employee and have filled out everything correctly you will receive an email stating that you may access the Egencia site at www.egencia.com to complete your travel arrangements.
