The university community is invited to attend the UofL and Simmons College of Kentucky “Education is King” event, honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. Event will include the premier of an 18-minute dramatic musical presentation based on King’s speech and will feature musicians and vocalists from UofL’s Black Diamond Choir, Chorus, and Symphony orchestra, to name a few. Admission is free but donations will be accepted to support scholarships for Simmons College students.
