Class Guitar Program

Guitar class will meet once a week for 50 minutes and last for 15 consecutive sessions.  The classes will be arranged by varying levels depending on the student's prior experience with the guitar.  Each class will consist of six to eight students.  Beginning students will learn fundamentals of music such as reading musical notation, basic rhythmic patterns and learning to construct and apply basic scale and chord shapes for building a strong musical foundation.  More intermediate to advanced students will take their knowledge of the guitar a step further by learning a variety of different techniques, more advanced chords, scales and  improvising.  Each student will also be expected to practice on their own time between class sessions.
