PAULO ROGERIO NUNES DOS SANTOS
holds a current Fulbright Humphrey Fellowship, a presidentially
appointed fellowship program in the United States for experienced
professionals from designated countries throughout the world. Fellows
are selected based on their potential for leadership and their
commitment to public service. Paulo Rogério is co-founder and executive
director of Instituto Mídia Étnica, a leading Afro-Brazilian media NGO
in Brazil. His news website, CorreioNagô.com,
features a myriad of stories on human rights, technology and culture
diversity, written and edited by Paulo. In addition to his media
experience, Mr. Rogério has worked with several NGOs and foundations on
the issues of Corporate Social Responsibility and Entrepreneurship.
Paulo's main goal is to launch a TV channel in Brazil dedicated to
programming for minorities and cultural diversity.
