|Erin Berkley, MSN, CPN, APRN, Pediatric Urology
Erin is a certified pediatric nurse and family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2012, receiving a master's degree in nursing. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She has worked extensively in pediatrics with experience in critical care and post-surgical care.
|Ann Muth, MSN, APRN, Pediatric Urology
Ann is a family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in pediatric urology. She graduated from Bellarmine University with degrees in biology and nursing and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Spalding University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ann specializes in treating voiding dysfunction in children.
|Carolyn Williams, RN, BSN, CURN, Adult and Pediatric Urology
Carolyn is a certified urology registered nurse. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2003 where she received a bachelor's degree in nursing. Carolyn is a member of the Society of Urologic Nurses. She has over 20 years of experience in urology with specialized training in urodynamic testing, Interstim® sacral neuromodulation for bladder control, and patient education regarding self-catheterization, voiding diaries, and post-operative education.
