Our pediatric urology office is located at 234 East Gray Street, Suite 662.  The adult urology office is located at 401 East Chestnut Street, Suite 480.  Please visit the Google Maps web site for detailed directions.

Driving directions to 234 E. Gray Street

From I-64 East / I-64 West & I-65 South

1. Follow I-65 South to Jefferson Street exit.  Turn left onto First Street.
2. Turn left onto E. Gray Street.
3. Go through one light.
4. In the next block turn right into Gray Street Garage.
5. After parking go to level P1 of garage.
6. Follow the black/white path to your right to Medical Towers South. You will be on the 2nd floor of the building. Go to the 6th floor for Suite 662.

Return directions

1. Go to the 2nd floor of the building and turn left off the elevators to the parking garage.
2. Exit right out of garage.
3. At the light turn left onto Floyd Street.
4. Follow to Liberty Street and turn right.
5. Turn right onto entrance ramp of I-65 North. 

From I-65 North

1. Follow I-65 North to Broadway/Chestnut Street exit, which leads directly onto Brook Street. 
2. At the next light turn right onto East Gray Street. 
3. Turn right into Gray Street Garage. 
4. Go to level P1 of garage and follow the black/white path to your right to Medical Towers South building. 
5. You will be on the 2nd floor of the building.  Go to the 6th floor for Suite 662.  

Return directions

1. Go to the 2nd floor of the building and turn left off the elevators to the parking garage. 
2. Exit left out of the garage. 
3. At the second light turn left onto 1st Street. 
4. Go across Broadway Street and follow the signs to the entrance ramp. 
5. Enter the I-65 South entrance ramp on the left of 1st Street.

• Take I-65 South to Exit 136C Jefferson St./Brook St.
• Follow signs to Brook St.
• Turn right onto S. Brook St. at the end of the ramp.
• Turn right onto Market St.
• Turn right onto S. Preston St.
• Turn left onto E. Chestnut St.
• Parking is on right.

Directions from the South

• Take I-65 North to Exit 136A E. Broadway/S. Brook St.
• Continue on Brook Street off the exit.
• Turn right at the next light onto Chestnut St.
• Continue on Chestnut to the UofL Health Care Outpatient Center parking garage on right just past the Preston Street intersection. 

Directions from the East

• Take I-71 West to I-65 South
• Take I-65 South to Exit 136C Jefferson St./Brook St.
• Follow signs to Brook St.
• Turn right onto S. Brook St. at the end of the ramp.
• Turn right onto Market St.
• Turn right onto S. Preston St.
• Turn left onto E. Chestnut St.
• Parking is on right.
