The University of Louisville Department of Urology would like to welcome our newest faculty member, Jamie C. Messer, MD. Dr. Messer is a native Kentuckian and earned his medical license at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at Penn State University and his urologic oncology fellowship at the University of Texas at San Antonio. | ||
