Anthony A. Casale, MD, FACS is Professor and Chairman of the department of Urology at the University of Louisville.  A native of Kentucky, he received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky.  He completed his Urology residency at the University of  Kentucky Medical Center and a fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Harvard.  He is a nationally recognized expert in Pediatric Urology and comes to the department from Indiana University where he was a Professor of Urology from 2001-2005.
