Ann Muth is native of Louisville, KY. She has been a nurse since 1985, and nurse practitioner since 2002.  Her nurse practitioner career has focused on Pediatric Urology for those five years. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has extensive experience in adult and pediatric oncology and intensive care, and worked in surgery for over 10 years. Her Masters in Nursing is from Spalding University, and she has a Bachelors in Biology and Associate degree in Nursing from Bellarmine University.
