DaJusta, MD, for his recent success in becoming board certified by the American Board of Urology. We are honored to have the only board certified pediatric urologist in Kentuckiana. November 17, 2012 - Dr. John David Pumphrey (1932 - 2012) - University of Louisville Urology Residency graduate of 1960, Dr. John David Pumphrey, 80, died Saturday night, Nov. 17, 2012, in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended the University of Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University in 1953. He met Virginia Robinson in 1954 on the Queen Elizabeth, married his Ohio bride in 1955 and lived happily ever after for 57 years. Dr. Pumphrey graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1957, interned at Charity Hospital of Louisiana at New Orleans and completed his urology residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky in 1960.

| Dr. Ankem has been featured in the Courier Journal and on WHAS11 for performing two of the first minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries in Kentucky, both at University of Louisville Hospital.
