UofL Pulmonary Care and Performance Laboratory:
The UofL Pulmonary Care & Performance Laboratory opened July, 2008 and is located in the new UofL HCOC Building. This lab features state-of-the art pulmonary equipment and offers a wide variety of respiratory services. Included are a complete range of Pulmonary Function Tests and Functional Capacity testing such as six minute walk, ambulatory oximetry testing with oxygen titration and over night oximetry studies. Also available are nebulized breathing treatments, methacholine challenge testing, one on one patient education and much more. These outpatient services can be scheduled by downloading our order form from the link below and faxing it directly to the lab at (502) 813-6389 or by calling (502) 855-7856.   The Pulmonary Care & Performance Lab prides itself on its efficiency, professionalism and quality of care. 

 

University Hospital PFT LAB:
The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Disorders Medicine has partnered with the Cardiopulmonary Services at the University of Louisville Hospital to open a new comprehensive Pulmonary Function Laboratory located on the 3rd floor in the Ambulatory Care Building.

This new pulmonary function lab opened Feb, 2008 and features state-of-the art equipment and offers a complete range of services, including cycle and treadmill ergometry for cardiopulmonary exercise stress testing, spirometry, bronchodilator responsiveness, lung volumes measured by body box (plethysmography), and CO diffusion capacity. The lab is used primarily for inpatient services and for ambulatory care clinics located in ACB.
