There are two new courses for senior medical students: the Longitudinal Ambulatory Rotation (LAR) and the Dean's Colloquium. Both of these courses are coordinated by Dr. Feldmann working out of the medical school's Office of Medical Education.

The Longitudinal Ambulatory Rotation (LAR) is a semester long course that allows students to learn principles of ambulatory care medicine. Students may elect to do this rotation in any clinical department.

The Dean's Colloquium is a week-long seminar series given at the end of the fourth year. The course presents multiple topics in a small group discussion format, and is designed to assist students in the transition from medical school to residency.
