Psychiatry Grand Rounds
Once a week from September through June, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences sponsors a Grand Rounds for the faculty, staff, students, and private practitioners in the medical community of Louisville. The quality of the programs in this series have been consistently high. Many guest lecturers from other medical centers and institutions participate; individual senior residents and faculty from our own department also make presentations. Each PGY-4 resident is responsible for planning and presenting one Grand Rounds.
Morbidity and Mortality Conference
The fourth Tuesday of each month with presenters from various clinical sites, include case presentations and outcomes. Special topics are often included. Held in the HCOC 6th floor resource center.

Journal Club
The second Tuesday of each month with residnets presenting an article and related material. The journal article is distributed the week before to all residents. Faculty attend and assist in fascilitating the discussion. Held in HCOC 6th floor resource center.
