Psychiatry Grand Rounds
Once a week from September through June, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences sponsors a Grand Rounds for the faculty, staff, students, and private practitioners in the medical community of Louisville. The quality of the programs in this series have been consistently high. Many guest lecturers from other medical centers and institutions participate; individual senior residents and faculty from our own department also make presentations. Each PGY-4 resident is responsible for planning and presenting one Grand Rounds.
Morbidity and Mortality Conference
The fourth Tuesday of each month with presenters from various clinical sites, include case presentations and outcomes. Special topics are often included. Held at Med Center One, Residency Training Room # 300.

Journal Club
The second Tuesday of each month, by Dr. Rif El-Mallakh. A journal article is picked and distributed the week before to all residents. Held at Med Center One, Residency Training Room #300.
