Dr. Singleton provides medication management, psychotherapy and telepsychiatry in our outpatient service.  He received his undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences at Xavier University and his medical degree from the University of Louisville.  Dr. Singleton completed his psychiatric residency training at the University of Louisville where he was Chief Resident and received numerous awards including the Pfizer Inpatient Psychiatry Award, Harvey R. St. Clair, M.D. Award in Psychodynamics, Dr. Henry P. and M. Page Durkee Laughlin Award and the University of Louisville Class of 2007 Award for Excellence in Clinical Education.    He received his board certification in psychiatry in 2007.  In addition to his clinical service, Dr. Singleton lectures psychiatry residents on topics related to terminating treatment and psychodynamic psychotherapy.  He also provides psychotherapy supervision to residents individually on a weekly basis.
