Dr. Hobson provides outpatient psychiatric services at the Veterans Administration Medical Center Community Based Out Patient Clinic (CBOC). He received his M.A. in religion from Baylor University and medical degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Hobson completed his rotating internship and psychiatric residency training at Yale University and a psychosomatic fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He received his board certification in psychiatryin 1984. In addition to his clinical service, Dr. Hobson precepts and supervises medical students during their VA rotation. He lectures to first and second year psychiatry residents on psychopathology and mentors a fourth year psychiatry resident on Psychiatric Aspects of Mind-Body Issues.
