Colleen Ryan, M.D.
Assistant Professor
Dr. Ryan is an attending physician on the Adult Psychiatric Inpatient unit at Norton Hospital and provides outpatient services at the Ambulatory Care Building. She received her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University and obtained her medical degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Ryan completed her psychiatric residency training at the University of Michigan. She received her board certification in psychiatry in 1984. In addition to her clinical service, she supervises medical students and residents during their inpatient and outpatient rotations and lectures on topics related to psychopathology and anxiety. Dr. Ryan’s clinical interests include psychiatric aspects of chronic medical illness and pain management.
