Dr. Turner provides outpatient psychiatric services at the Veterans Administration Medical Center Community Based Out Patient Clinic (CBOC). She received her undergraduate degree Biology from the University of Kentucky and obtained her medical degree from the University of Louisville. She completed her psychiatric residency training at the University of South Florida.
