Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences

Dr. Horseman provides adult outpatient psychiatric services at the ULHCOC. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and medical degree from Ohio State University.  Dr. Horseman completed her psychiatric residency training at the University of Louisville.  She received her board certification in psychiatry in 2009.  In addition to her clinical service, she supervises medical students and residents during their outpatient rotation at the Ambulatory Care Building.  Dr. Horseman is actively involved in the Women’s Mental Health program and the Depression Center.
