Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences

Ten Broeck Hospitals are two private hospitals located approximately 10 miles from the Health Sciences complex which offer a full array of psychiatric treatment modalities, including inpatient, intensive outpatient and outpatient services for adults, adolescents and children. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences has an established liaison with both Hospitals, and general psychiatry residents and child fellows have an opportunity to work in the hospitals, gaining experience with managed care health delivery systems in a private practice model.
