Protective Medicine
Welcome to the Division of Protective Medicine.
My hope is that you will utilize this website as a resource and support tool for emergency preparedness. The following pages and links contain general information about the products and services of the division, the design of the division, and current research and work being accomplished.
Our definition of “Protective Medicine” may differ from those doing research overseas, but to clarify, we are researching and creating resources to PROTECT the healthcare providers, public safety personnel, patients and/or victims from health hazards of high consequence. Generally our work is related to increasing the preparedness level of health and public safety personnel for incidents involving weapons of mass effect or natural disaster consequences.
Feel free to contact us for any of your preparedness needs. We are a service-oriented agency willing to custom make and deliver services that meet your needs.
