Community service projects are scheduled each semester. Students are required to participate in at least half of the community service projects. Our primary community service project has been preparing and serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House of Louisville.

- The Ronald McDonald House community service project is to prepare and serve meals to the families residing there while their child is in the hospital. Breakfast/brunch or dinner is served on the weekends by volunteers. The summer schedule is now posted.

- The Wayside Christian Mission is a homeless shelter that provides many services to meet the needs of our local homeless population. We are serving the community, by serving the homeless. At this time, dates for the spring semester have not been scheduled.

- In addition to our group community service projects at the Ronald McDonald House and at Wayside Christian Mission, if time allows, please consider volunteer at one of our area hospitals. We currently have some of our students volunteering at University and Kosair Children's Hospital.

- Participating in fundraisers and walks for a cause (e.g., heart disease, breast cancer, etc) is a great way to support the community and give back. Our students are encouraged to participate in various walks whether on their own or with a team. As opportunities arise, they will be posted. Stay tuned!
