I am engaged in teaching respiratory, acid-base, and muscle physiology to graduate, medical, and dental students. I also have an interest in the history of Physiology and Medicine. The use of simulation laboratories as teaching tools for relaying physiologic principles is a recent endeavor that has occupied my teaching interests. These simulation scenarios emphasize the clinical aspects of physiological function.
