  • May 15-16, 2009 - Eleventh Annual Advanced Workshop on Gynecologic Laparoscopic Anatomy & Surgery on Unebalmed Female Cadavers Including TVT and TOT Sponsored by and accredited through the AAGL.   • Fall, 2009 - 4th Annual Workshop on Advanced Laparoscopic Techniques for Gynecologic Oncologists Using Unembalmed Female Cadavers - Annually, the Department in conjunction with the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) supports a fresh cadaver surgical course. This course attracts international participants. Residents actively participate in both the didactic and hands-on aspects of the program.
  • Residents at the PGY-2, and the PGY-4 levels are provided support to attend a postgraduate course or meeting at the national level. PGY-2 residents are sent to the annual District V ACOG meeting while PGY-4 residents may select a regional or national meeting or course.
