The Department of Neurological Surgery is proud to be the home department for the faculty of the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center (KSCIRC). Ranked 5th in the nation in National Institutes of Health Research funding, the department boasts six endowed chairs who provide leadership for the research program.
