Norton and Jewish Hospitals
The Department of Neurology provides a full spectrum of inpatient services at Norton Hospital and Jewish Hospital. We provide admitting services for patients with neurological disorders, consultative services for patients with neurologic complications of systemic diseases, and we conduct inpatient and outpatient electrodiagnostic studies.
University of Louisville Hospital
Working with U of L HealthCare , the Department of Neurology provides a full spectrum of inpatient services at the University of Louisville Hospital, our primary inpatient practice site. We provide admitting services for patients with neurological disorders, consultative services for patients with neurologic complications of systemic diseases, and we conduct inpatient and outpatient electrodiagnostic studies.
Patients with stroke are cared for by our multidisciplinary stroke program. Patients with epilepsy may be admitted to our state-of-the-art inpatient Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
University Physicians Group
Located across the street from U of L Hospital, the neurology clinics in the Ambulatory Care Building provide general neurology and subspecialty neurology outpatient services. Resident continuity clinics provide supervised outpatient experience for residents and fellows, and help fulfill our teaching mission for medical students.
