Internal Medicine Club



The U of L Internal Medicine Club provides students with opportunities to learn more about career pathways in the rapidly changing field of Internal Medicine. Through meetings, guest lectures, and informal interaction with residents and practicing internists, medical students at the University of Louisville School of Medicine can gain additional information regarding professional responsibilities, training responsibilities, opportunities and other aspects of a career in Internal Medicine. The club encourages the distribution of up-to-date information related to these topics.

Internal Medicine is the medical specialty of adult primary care. With a career in internal medicine, you can be a primary care physician or a specialist.
