WHO ARE WE?
Located on the third floor of the U of L Health Care Outpatient Center (Suite 370) complex, the University of Louisville Centers for Primary Care offers a convenient location to provide excellent health care for those in downtown Louisville and Southern Indiana.
Under the direction of Stephen J. Houghland, M.D., the Downtown staff provide expert care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult medical conditions.
They are also educators for the University of Louisville School of Medicine and, as such, are on the leading edge of medical advances and health care innovations.

Our office is conveniently located in the University of Louisville Health Care Outpatient Center at 401 East Chestnut Street, Suite 370, on the corner of Preston and Chestnut streets in the heart of the University of Louisville Health Sciences Center.
Parking is available at street level, or in the U of L Chestnut Street parking garage just across the street.
The parking facility has a covered pedestrian pedway on the third floor which directly enters the U of L Health Care Outpatient Center.
WHEN WE'RE OPEN
Our office is open 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
We are CLOSED on the following holidays or designated observances in 2012-2013:
