Kubiak earns UPA recognition
Nancy Kubiak, M.D., of the University of Louisville Department of Medicine garnered the 2010 Excellence in Precepting Award given by UPA.
There are not many things better than having your achievements recognized by your peers.
Such is the case for Dr. Nancy Kubiak of the University of Louisville Department of Medicine.
Kubiak, who is part of the Division of General Internal Medicine, Palliative Medicine and Medical Education, was recently named as the recipient of the 2010 Excellence in Precepting Award given by University Physicians Associates.
"Dr. Kubiak is an asset to this organization," Dr. Jesse Roman, Chairman of the University of Louisville Department of Medicine said. "Her passion for our patients and our educational activities is unparalleled."
The award will be formally presented to Dr. Kubiak at the Fall Convocation to be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, November 19 at the Jewish Hospital Rudd Heart and Lung Center.
