The Division of Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation is responsible for the clinical transplantation studies and the treatment of hematologic malignancies.
Both adult and pediatric transplant patients are treated at the University of Louisville's James Graham Brown Cancer Center and Kosair Children's Hospital.
Under the direction of Dr. Roger Herzig and Dr. Geoffrey Herzig, the BMT Program is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cell Therapy (FACT).
Clinical research is enhanced by collaboration with U of L's Institute of Cellular Therapeutics (ICT) and the Stem Cell Biology Program.
