About the Judicial
The Judicial branch of SGA houses the student Supreme Court, which hears and decides on cases related to student government. The SGA Supreme Court is made up of appointed students from various colleges and schools and is headed up by a Chief Justice. Powers and the responsibilities of the student Supreme Court include, but not limited to, drafting rules for SGA elections, hearing any challenges under SGA election rules and assessing any penalties, and hearing and deciding on properly brought cases concerning the SGA and RSO Constitution or By-Laws.
