One of our residents,  Dr. Panagiotis "Taki" Galanopoulos  has been selected to be The U.S. Resident Representative on the Board of Directors of the North American Primary Care Research Group   (NAPCRG).

The North American Primary Care Research Group is a multidisciplinary organization who's goal is to foster research in primary care. It allows for the exchange of ideas and research amongst many disciplines and can help to support clinicians in their beginning stages of research with access to mentors/senior researchers.
It's scope is not only North American as it allows for communication at it's annual meetings with similar groups worldwide.

We are incredibly proud of Dr. Galanopoulos.  We know he will reprresent our department, our university, our state and our country with enthusiasm and passion.

Congratulations!
