Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Requirements for Application
- Completed Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency (or in 3rd year of Residency) in the United States
- U.S. Citizen (native or naturalized) or permanent resident, or eligible for J-1 sponsorship
- Pass boards Part 1, 2, & 3 (or in process of taking Part 3)
- Supply a copy of the following materials:
- Results of Boards Part 1, 2, & 3
- Personal Statement
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- Curriculum Vitae
