The clinical practice of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Department of Family & Geriatric Medicine, has joined together to form the largest physician practice group in the Louisville region, the University of Louisville Physicians.

Our physicians are at the forefront of the latest healthcare trends, practice evidence-based medicine, and focus on patient-centered care delivered through collaboration with providers in various subspecialties such as allergy, podiatry, sports and physcial medicine and rehab. At all Universtity of Louisville Physicians Family and Geriatric Medicine offices, patients have access to a multidisciplinary care team including their physician or nurse practitioner, a social worker, mental behavioral health specialist, chronic care coordinator, nutritionist and certified diabetic educator. We emphasize quality health outcomes and customer service, and welcome new patients to join our growing practice.

Did You Know...

There will be no primary care office visit copay at any of our family & geriatric medicine if you and your family's insurance is through University of Louisville or University of Louisville Hospital. For UofL PCA members, the cost of your office visit will be reduced by $20.

All practices: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you have made an appointment at any of our clinics/offices and need to either cancel the appointment or reschedule due to a conflict, please give us 24 hours notice. This will help us make room for other patients that might need to see our doctors at the last minute.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Insurance Information and Co-Pay

Any medications (over the counter & prescription) that you continuously take or are currently taking.

These two items are extremely important. Failure to bring us these two pieces of information will result in your appointment being rescheduled at all of our locations
