The University of Louisville has established a HSC Compliance Plan to assure compliance with laws pertaining to billing practices and patient privacy. Please direct any questions regarding medical record documentation to the Office of Compliance at 852-8680. The school also has a professional practice plan which applies to all full-time faculty.
