A babysitter
brings in a 4 year old boy whom she suspects is being abused.
She has observed no physical abuse, but found the pictured marks
suspicious as she was bathing him. The child seems reluctant to
talk, but has said nothing suspicious.
Does the physical
findings suggest abuse or just a variant rash?
