Louisville Information

History buffs will enjoy the many Civil War museums in the area, as well as majestic Victorian homes in "Old Louisville", including the former residence of Thomas Edison. The birthplace and boyhood home of Abraham Lincoln is a short ride away. National renowned Fort Knox is just 30 miles south of Louisville. The Belle of Louisville, a National Landmark, is the oldest Mississippi-style sternwheeler in the country. One can also visit the Falls of the Ohio, a starting point for Lewis and Clark's historic journey.
