A 45 year old
female is brought into your ED after being found by family members.
She had been injured an unknown amount of time before being found.
She was unresponsive, and was intubated by EMS. She cannot answer
questions. Although you cannot determine exactly what happened,
you can apply a few details from a physical exam to contribute
to the mystery. Can you determine what type of weapon was used?
A family member
suspects attempted murder by an ex-lover. Can you supply any evidence
supporting this?
