HSC Cultural Competency Committee
Each year the HSC Cultural Competency Committee accepts volunteers who help plan and coordinate the Annual Cultural Competency Workshop. Some of these volunteers become members of the UofL RSO - Health Sciences Cultural Competency Committee. This RSO (Recognized Student Organization) helps secure donations from the Student Government Association (SGA) to help make the annual workshop a success and to work with faculty, staff, and students to promote diversity on the Health Sciences Campus.
This year, the 7th Annual Cultural Competency Workshop was held on Thursday, September 27,2012 and it was another great success. The members of this year's RSO Committee are:
