Clinical Neuroscience

The major aim of this course is to provide integrated instruction in several subject areas which are related to diseases and dysfunction of the central and perhipheral nervous systems.  Each subject area will be taught using an interdisciplinary approach to pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of the disorder.  A variety of teaching methodologies will be employed, including lecture, small group tutorials, problem solving, panel discussions, case presentations, and self study.  Wherever possible, the course will bridge basic science areas with clinical medicine.
