Dr. Hamzeh completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and his Cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Hamzeh's professional skills include advanced training in echocardiography, invasive non-interventional cardiology, cardiac computed tomography, and nuclear cardiology. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology.
He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society, and has received the Fellow Award for Excellence in Teaching at the University of Louisville.
His areas of interest include diastolic function and diastolic heart failure, non-invasive hemodynamic assessment, and cardiovascular effects of sleep disordered breathing.
