HSC Room Scheduling
The Health Science Services office schedules classrooms and general space on the Health Science Campus including the Dental School, Medical School and the Nursing School. Below are the classrooms scheduled:

HK2002, HK2003, HK2005, HK2006, HK2016, HK2017, HK2023, HK2024, HK2034, HK2035, HK2036, HK2037, HK2038, HK3002, HK4003, HK4007(computer learning lab)
Other campus space
Library Commons Auditorium & Foyer, HSC Courtyard & Balconies, Baxter I Auditorium, Baxter II Room 038, Clinical And Translational Research Building
Contact Greg Crawford (502) 852-5696, if you have any issue (physical and techincal) with one of these spaces.
Resource 25 Online
On the R25 website you can view room schedules, check reservations and send space requests. The main page is located at http://resource25.louisville.edu.
To view HSC room schedules or check your reservation click "Spaces" at the top and then select the building on the right.
To submit requests for space click "My Requests" at the top and follow the instructions to register. NOTE: For multi-date functions that meet at the same time you only need to fill out one request. Select "Ad hoc" to add dates. If you have any questions contact Greg Crawford at 852-5696.
For teleconferences contact Greg Crawford, (502) 852-5696 to identify an available space and then use the a/v form below to request a/v setup with Instructional Technology.
To request audio/video for any of the rooms complete the I.T. media request form at
http://louisville.edu/it/services/instructional/media-hsc .
To request physical plant setups complete the event setup form at
http://louisville.edu/physicalplant/ .
