Description: Comprehensive course integrating molecular aspects of hormone action with biologic responses in target tissues. Particular emphasis is placed on the evolution of experimental progress, application of concepts and techniques, and the role of molecular endocrinology in clinical management of endocrine-related disease in this rapidly emerging field.

Prerequisite: BIOC 645 and 647, or consent of instructor. Note: Cross-listed with Medical Elective BIOC 860.
