Forwarding CardMail Messages to an outside Email Account

This document describes how to create a rule that forwards mail from your CardMail account to an outside email account.

1.Login to CardMail. (Inbox should open. If not, navigate to Inbox.)

2.Click the Options link in the top right corner of the screen. You may have to click ‘See All Options’ before moving to the next step.

3.Choose See all options.

4. On the left side of the screen, click on the 'Organize E-Mail' option.

5. Click the New dropdown button.

6.Select the Create a new rule for arriving messages option.

7.Click the When the message arrives dropdown menu.

8.Choose Apply to all message option.

9.Click the Do the following menu.

10. Choose the Redirect message to option.

11. Depending on your browser & version... Click the select people link to open a 
new window (Safari) Note: Firefox & IE may open a new window automatically.

12. Click in the To field at the bottom of the screen and type your outside email address.

13. Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

 

14. Click the Save button.

15. Click the Yes button.

 

The rule is saved.
